Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Previous restaurant experience preferred
- Positive attitude and strong sense of teamwork
- Ability to stay active and focused in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfort working weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules
- Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English

Job Duties
- Start every shift prepared by setting up a clean and organized dish area
- Follow daily routines and keep up with all cleaning checklists
- Clean and restock dishes, plates, glasses, and kitchen tools throughout the shift
- Keep the back dock, trash areas, and kitchen floors clean and safe
- Ensure a clean work environment by breaking down and removing all garbage and boxes to the dumpster or designated area
- Work closely with the kitchen team to keep clean supplies moving and stations ready
- Communicate with managers and teammates to stay ahead of kitchen needs
- Go beyond cleaning by helping with light kitchen prep or receiving deliveries when needed
- Keep dish machines and kitchen equipment clean and in good condition
