Job Requirements

- no prior restaurant experience required
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capacity to lift heavy items up to 50 pounds
- basic English communication skills

Job Duties
- wash pots, pans, utensils, and dishes using commercial dishwashers and by hand as needed
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing areas
- assist with kitchen sanitation practices to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
- restock clean dishes and utensils to appropriate kitchen and service areas
- communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to support smooth operations
- follow all health and safety regulations
- support team members as needed to maintain workflow efficiency
