Job Duties

  • Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
  • Cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils
  • Safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment
  • Emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas
  • Supporting the cooks with prep work, preparation of Cheddar Bay biscuits, and other tasks as needed
  • Focusing on team and guests in every decision
  • Following all cleanliness and safety protocols
