- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift heavy kitchen items
- reliable and punctual
- able to work part-time hours
- valid Food Handlers card
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of kitchen sanitation practices
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong work ethic
- willingness to learn and take initiative
- good communication skills
- ServSafe Food Safety Manager certificate is a plus
Job Duties
- wash dishes, pots, and pans
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing area
- assist kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks
- follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- restock kitchen supplies
- operate dishwashing equipment
- support cooks and kitchen staff as needed
