Job Duties
- wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans according to sanitation and safety procedures
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area and kitchen
- assist with kitchen support tasks as needed
- adhere to all health and safety regulations
- work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff
- report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages
- follow company policies and procedures
