Job Duties
- clean and sanitize plates, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment

- assist kitchen staff with basic tasks as needed
- ensure dishwashing area is organized and stocked with necessary supplies
- report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
- support overall restaurant cleanliness and safety
