Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to stand for long periods
Ability to lift heavy items up to 50 pounds
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
Basic communication skills

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar dishwasher or kitchen support role preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Good communication skills
Ability to collaborate with others effectively
Physical stamina to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods

Job Duties

Wash, store, and stock all plateware, glassware, eating utensils, cups, bowls, pots, pans and other smallwares and equipment to ensure sufficient quantities are on hand and ready to serve guests
Assist in the set-up, operation, and cleanup of the interior and exterior of the restaurant
Demonstrate attention to detail when assisting in spot cleaning floors, carpeting, walls, and other furnishings to maintain a safe and pleasing environment
Communicate effectively with other team members
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Work well in collaboration with the team
