Job Duties
- wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dishwashing areas
- sort and remove trash and recycling materials to appropriate disposal containers
- assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed
- ensure all dishware is properly sanitized and dried
- restock clean dishes and utensils to service areas
- report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
