Job Duties

wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dishwashing areas
sort and remove trash and recycling materials to appropriate disposal containers
assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed
ensure all dishware is properly sanitized and dried
restock clean dishes and utensils to service areas
report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
