Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a dishwasher role or related field preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to comply with health and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Wash, store, and stock all plateware, glassware, eating utensils, cups, bowls, pots, pans and other smallwares and equipment
  • Assist in spot cleaning floors, carpeting, walls, and other furnishings
  • Maintain safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen and restaurant areas
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Operate dishwashing machines and manual washing stations efficiently
  • Collaborate well within a team environment
  • Ensure sufficient quantities of clean dishware and equipment are available for service
