The Dishwasher/Utility position at Red Lobster plays a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant. This full-time role offers weekly pay and competitive wages along with flexible scheduling to accommodate various lifestyles. As a Dishwasher/Utility team member, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and sanitation across all areas of the restaurant. This involves cleaning and sanitizing dishware, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils with care and precision. You will operate the dishwasher and other equipment safely and correctly, manage waste disposal, and support kitchen staff by assisting with food prep tasks such as preparing Red Lobster's signature Cheddar Bay biscuits. Success in this role requires a strong team-oriented mindset with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently while always keeping the guest experience at the forefront.
Physically, this job demands the ability to stand and move around the restaurant for shifts lasting anywhere from 8 to 12 hours, lift up to 50 pounds safely, and perform tasks that require bending, stooping, and reaching.
