Job Requirements

- capacity to work in hot and damp environments

Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dishwashing areas
- operate dishwashing machinery efficiently
- assist in general kitchen utility tasks
- communicate effectively with team members
- adhere to safety and health regulations
- lift and move kitchen supplies and equipment
- support back-of-house operations as needed
