Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience or training
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions

- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to comply with safety procedures and company policies
- Ability to navigate various surfaces and ambient conditions in the restaurant
- Ability to interact positively with guests and staff in alignment with company culture

Job Duties
- Clean, sanitize, and organize all restaurant plateware, glassware, and silverware
- Clean, sanitize, and organize all kitchen cookware, utensils, and storage containers
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including floors, storage areas, back dock area, and dish station
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant exterior including parking lot, landscaping, and dumpster area
- Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions
- Monitor work to ensure quality and accuracy
- Ensure attendance and punctuality, covering work shifts as needed
