Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One to three months related experience or training
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
  • Ability to write simple correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to comply with safety procedures and company policies
  • Ability to navigate various surfaces and ambient conditions in the restaurant
  • Ability to interact positively with guests and staff in alignment with company culture

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Clean, sanitize, and organize all restaurant plateware, glassware, and silverware
  • Clean, sanitize, and organize all kitchen cookware, utensils, and storage containers
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including floors, storage areas, back dock area, and dish station
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant exterior including parking lot, landscaping, and dumpster area
  • Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions
  • Monitor work to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Ensure attendance and punctuality, covering work shifts as needed
