Job Duties
- clean and sanitize plates glassware utensils and guest and team member touch points
- maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area and kitchen surfaces
- operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
- assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed
- adhere to all health and safety regulations and sanitation standards
- ensure timely removal of waste and recycling
- support team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment
