Job Duties

  • cleaning and sanitizing plates, glassware, utensils, and kitchen tools
  • maintaining cleanliness of dishwashing area and equipment
  • ensuring all guest and team member touch points are disinfected
  • adhering to safety and sanitation protocols
  • assisting with kitchen support tasks as needed
  • properly sorting and handling waste and recycling
  • communicating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow
