Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
- reliable and punctual
- ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- willingness to learn and take direction
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a dishwashing or similar cleaning role is an asset
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail
- good communication and teamwork skills
- basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitizing procedures
Job Duties
- clean and sanitize plates glassware utensils and all kitchen equipment
- sanitize guest and team member touch points
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the dishwashing area
- assist in the proper storage and organization of cleaned items
- follow all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
- collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely supply of clean dishes
- report any equipment malfunctions or hazards to management
