The role of Dishwasher/Utility at Red Lobster is integral to maintaining the smooth operation of the kitchen and overall restaurant cleanliness. They operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently, manage waste disposal by emptying trash receptacles, and support kitchen staff by assisting with prep work and the preparation of signature items such as the famous Cheddar Bay biscuits.

This role requires physical stamina, including the ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift up to 50 pounds, and remain on your feet for long shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours. Candidates should be comfortable moving around the restaurant to fulfill various duties and must demonstrate a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a team setting.
