Job Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, and utensils
- keep the dish and kitchen areas clean and stocked
- assist with cleaning and sanitation tasks throughout the kitchen to support smooth operations
- adhere to health and safety standards in the kitchen environment
- collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure efficient workflow
- maintain organization of cleaning supplies and dishwashing equipment
- participate in on-the-job training and follow company policies and procedures
