Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in restaurant or food service preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols
- Must be able to handle physical demands of the job including lifting and moving heavy items
- Positive attitude and team orientation

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen utensils and dishware
- Operate dishwashing machines and ensure hygiene standards
- Assist kitchen staff as needed with basic food prep or clean up
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines rigorously
- Support team members with a cooperative and positive attitude
- Ensure timely cleansing to help maintain smooth kitchen operations
