Job Duties

- ensure all dishes and smallwares are cleaned and sanitized
- uphold food safety, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards
- dispose of trash and remove linen bags
- monitor and maintain dish machine performance according to temperature criteria
- support the culinary team to create memorable guest experiences
- work effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment
