Job Duties

  • clean and sanitize plates, glassware, and utensils
  • maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing areas
  • ensure guest and team member touch points are disinfected
  • operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
  • assist with basic kitchen duties as needed
  • support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • follow all health and safety regulations
