Job Duties
- wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- keep dishwashing area clean and organized
- assist kitchen staff in maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
- ensure timely availability of clean dishes to meet operational needs
- support team members in kitchen duties as needed
- follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- report equipment malfunctions or supply shortages
