Job Duties
- wash, store and rack plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other smallwares and equipment for the restaurant
- maintain sparkling clean restrooms
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- ensure clean, sanitized and safe environment and equipment
- assist kitchen staff as needed
- dispose of trash and maintain kitchen cleanliness
- report maintenance issues promptly
