- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to stand, bend, and lift for long periods
- basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices

Job Duties
- clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area and kitchen surfaces
- follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
- assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation or organization as needed
- report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to management
- support team members to maintain efficient kitchen operations
- adhere to company standards for sanitation and cleanliness
