  • ability to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays
  • capability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
  • physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy loads

  • legal authorization to work in the country

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • cleaning and sanitizing plates glassware utensils and guest and team member touch points
  • maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing areas
  • sorting and organizing all dishware and kitchen utensils
  • assisting kitchen staff with basic food prep when needed
  • disposing of waste and maintaining recycling protocols
  • reporting any maintenance or safety issues promptly
  • ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
