- ability to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays
- capability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy loads

Job Duties
- cleaning and sanitizing plates glassware utensils and guest and team member touch points
- maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing areas
- sorting and organizing all dishware and kitchen utensils
- assisting kitchen staff with basic food prep when needed
- disposing of waste and maintaining recycling protocols
- reporting any maintenance or safety issues promptly
- ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
