The Dishwasher role at The Capital Grille is vital in maintaining this commitment by ensuring that all dining and kitchen equipment remains clean, sanitized, and safe to use. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for washing, storing, and racking plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other smallwares essential for the restaurant’s operation. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous dishwashing or similar experience a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods
  • Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and food safety
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Reliable and punctual work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a dishwashing or similar role is an asset
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
