The Dishwasher/Utility role at Red Lobster is a vital position that supports the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen and dining areas. This role involves cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant, including dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils, by following established sanitation and safety protocols. The Dishwasher/Utility team member is responsible for operating dishwashing equipment safely and correctly, ensuring that all items are sanitized and ready for use during service. Additionally, the role includes important tasks such as emptying trash from kitchen and other areas and assisting the cook team with preparation duties, including helping prepare Red Lobster's signature Cheddar Bay biscuits. The ideal candidate is a team player who understands the importance of maintaining cleanliness, supporting colleagues, and delivering excellent guest experience. This role requires physical stamina for standing long shifts, lifting up to 50 pounds, and navigating the restaurant environment efficiently.
