As a Dishwasher/Utility team member, you will be tasked with maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant, ensuring all dishware, cookware, and utensils are sanitized to the highest safety standards. Job Duties
- Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
- cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils
- safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment
- emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas
- supporting the cooks with prep work, including preparation of Cheddar Bay biscuits
- focusing on team and guest satisfaction in all decisions
- following all cleanliness and safety protocols
