The Dishwasher/Utility role at Red Lobster is vital to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency within the restaurant. This position is responsible for ensuring all kitchen and restaurant areas are clean and properly maintained. Dishwashers play an essential part in supporting the kitchen team by cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, cookware, and utensils using safe and correct equipment practices. Beyond simply cleaning, the Dishwasher/Utility helps by supporting cooks with food preparation tasks such as prepping ingredients and making the iconic Cheddar Bay biscuits. This role demands attention to detail, teamwork, and a focus on delivering an excellent experience to guests and colleagues alike. Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
- Cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils
- Safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment
- Emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas
- Supporting cooks with prep work and preparation of Cheddar Bay biscuits
- Focusing on team and guests in all decision making
- Following all cleanliness and safety protocols
