The Dishwasher/Utility position at Red Lobster is a vital role that supports the smooth operation of the restaurant. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across all areas, ensuring that all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils meet the highest standards of hygiene. The Dishwasher/Utility will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating dishwashing equipment, managing waste disposal, and assisting kitchen team members with food preparation tasks, such as prepping ingredients and making the restaurant's signature Cheddar Bay biscuits.

Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
- Cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils
- Safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment
- Emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas
- Supporting the cooks with prep work and preparation of Cheddar Bay biscuits
- Focusing on the team and guests in every decision
- Following all cleanliness and safety protocols
