Job Requirements

  • Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the country
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds safely
  • Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for 8 to 12 hour shifts
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Willingness to follow all cleanliness and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
  • Cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils
  • Safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment
  • Emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas
  • Supporting the cooks with prep work and preparation of Cheddar Bay biscuits
  • Focusing on the team and guests in every decision
  • Following all cleanliness and safety protocols
