Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Operate dishwashing machines and maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area
- Assist kitchen staff as needed to support meal preparation and service
- Follow health and safety regulations and Cracker Barrel sanitation standards
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently while working in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and effective kitchen operations
- Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and report equipment issues promptly
