Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand well placed mobility for up to 4 hours in length
- Ability to carry 0-40 pounds on a regular basis, throughout the shift
- Ability to perform tasks with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Must be organized and self-motivated
- Requires grasping, standing, walking, repetitive motions, hearing ability, and visual acuity through out the shift
Job Qualifications
- Ability to stand for long periods with well-placed mobility
- Ability to carry 0-40 pounds regularly throughout the shift
- Ability to perform tasks with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Being organized and self-motivated
- Physical aptitude for grasping, standing, walking, repetitive motions, hearing, and visual acuity throughout the shift
Job Duties
- Maintain the cleanliness of the dish machine, wash sinks, and hand sinks
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner by restocking ingredients at work station and meeting prep times to ensure smooth delivery and ticket times
- Exhibit good communication skills and teamwork
- Maintain a clean work station area, including kitchen equipment, tables, and shelves
- Handle, store, and rotate all equipment to standards
- Comply with applicable sanitary, health, and personal hygiene standards
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line supervisor or manager
