In this role, the Dishwasher/Utility will be responsible for ensuring all dishware, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety. The role also includes cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant, operating dishwashing equipment correctly and safely, and managing waste by emptying trash in various areas. Additionally, team collaboration is an important aspect of the role, where the Dishwasher/Utility supports the kitchen staff by assisting with food preparation when needed, including helping with the preparation of signature items like Cheddar Bay biscuits.
