Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- capability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines
- willingness to work in a physically demanding role
- no food allergies that would interfere with job duties
- basic English language proficiency for communication purposes

Job Duties
- clean and sanitize plates, glassware, utensils, and other kitchen items
- maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing station and surrounding areas
- ensure guest and team member touch points are sanitized
- assist kitchen staff with organization and stock of clean dishes
- adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions promptly
- support team members by helping with additional cleaning tasks as needed
