We are currently seeking dedicated and responsible individuals to join our team as Dishwashers and Busboys. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our dining area and kitchen. The Dishwasher and Busboy will be responsible for cleaning and resetting tables, washing dishes, pots, utensils, silverware, china, and glassware, and ensuring that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for cleanliness and safety are strictly followed. As an essential part of the IHOP team, this role supports the overall guest experience by ensuring the environment is clean, organized, and welcoming.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. This role requires physical stamina, as it involves standing for long periods, lifting, and performing repetitive cleaning tasks. Attention to health and safety standards is paramount, and the successful candidate will be trained in proper dishwashing techniques and sanitation procedures.
