Job Duties
- clean and sanitize plates, glassware, and utensils
- maintain cleanliness of guest and team member touch points
- ensure dishwashing area meets health and safety standards
- support kitchen staff with timely dishwashing to prevent delays
- follow proper sanitation procedures and equipment handling
- monitor and restock dishwashing supplies
- assist with general cleaning tasks as needed
