Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to operate industrial dishwashing machines
- Knowledge of proper cleaning and sanitation techniques
- Ability to handle and sort dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils efficiently
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Good physical condition and stamina
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach frequently
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliability and punctuality
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- No formal education is required, but a high school diploma or equivalent is a plus

Job Duties
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
- Ensure all dishware, cookware, and utensils are sanitized and stored properly
- Remove trash and clean kitchen garbage containers regularly
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of kitchen, including floors, walls, and equipment
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support kitchen staff with additional cleaning tasks as required
- Assist with unloading and storing kitchen deliveries
