The available role is a Dishroom Attendant position offering a starting pay rate of $14.50 per hour. Job Duties
- run dishes and silverware through dish machine following proper procedures
- clean and maintain certain equipment and areas as designated by management
- keep dish room clean at all times
- keep sufficient supply of china, silverware, trays, cups, and glasses during service periods
- clean dish machine after every meal
- sweep and mop dish room floor at the end of each day, and empty mop bucket
- de-lime the dish machine once a week
- scrub and soak all stained cups weekly
- exercise extreme precaution and carefully follow instructions and procedures when using chemicals
- follow cleaning schedule as provided by management, using clean as you go techniques
- maintain an open line of communication with management, informing them of products and supplies needed
- follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene
- follow all Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards
- use Smile Plus hospitality imperatives
- assist fellow associates at every opportunity
- perform any other duties as assigned by management
