The role of Dishwasher at Belmont Village Senior Living is pivotal to the success of the dining services program, playing a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen. This full-time position operates from 11:30 am to 8:00 pm and requires a candidate who is reliable, detail-oriented, and empathetic. As the heart of the dining service team, the Dishwasher will be responsible for ensuring that food preparation equipment, dishes, and utensils are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and properly stored. The successful candidate will be someone who excels in a fast-paced, physically demanding role and demonstrates an ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Key responsibilities include operating dishwashing machinery, maintaining kitchen and dish room cleanliness, assisting cooks with non-food prep tasks, and managing proper storage of kitchen equipment and food supplies in compliance with health and safety standards. The Dishwasher will also participate in stocking supplies following food deliveries and is expected to prioritize hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction in every interaction.
