Job Duties
- operate dish-washing machine to wash and sanitize dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils, and cooking equipment
- maintain clean, sanitary, clutter free and safe environment in food services areas by sweeping, mopping and pressure washing floors, cleaning and sanitizing dish machine
- clean production equipment as needed or directed by supervisor
- maintain or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards
- follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules
- practice all safety and loss prevention procedures
- record and maintain documentation for service standards and regulatory compliance
- assist in receiving of food and non-food supplies
