Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods
  • Capacity to handle repetitive motions and lift moderate weights
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Wash, store, and stock all plateware, glassware, eating utensils, cups, bowls, pots, pans and other smallwares and equipment to ensure sufficient quantities are on hand and ready to serve guests
  • Demonstrate attention to detail when assisting in spot cleaning floors, carpeting, walls, and other furnishings to maintain a safe and pleasing environment for team members and guests
  • Assist in the set-up, operation, and cleanup of the interior and exterior of the restaurant
  • Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • Work collaboratively with team members to maintain high sanitation and safety standards
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and efficiency
  • Contribute to maintaining organized and clean work areas at all times
