- must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
- ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs
- food handler's card may be required

Job Duties
- Perform various kitchen cleaning and storage activities such as properly cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots
- general and equipment cleaning
- storage and rotation of food and supplies
- Restock dishes in front and back of house
- Assist with cleaning other areas of the restaurant as requested
- Perform light cooking and prepping duties
- Handle all foods, storage, and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and comply with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food storage, cleaning and preparation
