Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- prior dishwashing or food service experience beneficial but not required
- ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- ability to follow safety protocols
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- availability to work irregular hours dictated by event schedules

- ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

Job Duties
- Maintain sanitary and safe work environment
- maintain clean dry floors and walls including sweeping and mopping
- scrape food from dirty dishes and wash by hand or place in racks or conveyor dishwashing machine
- wash pots, pans, trays, worktables, walls, ranges, refrigerators, and meat blocks
- segregate and remove trash and garbage and place in designated containers
- steam clean or hose out garbage cans
- transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- set up, maintain, and work dishwashing stations at events
- help keep all china, glass, and silver in place and in order
- perform all other duties as assigned
