Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior dishwasher or kitchen experience beneficial
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to work flexible shifts including AM/PM and mid-day
- strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- ability to follow safety and sanitation regulations
- ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks

Job Duties
- Washing and catching dishes/silverware through dish machine
- keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems
- monitor dish machine water temperature/chemical level to ensure sanitary wash cycle
- wash and store all tableware and kitchenware
- keep dish room, rest rooms, and food preparations areas clean and organized
- maintain adequate levels of clean tableware/plateware for dining room and kitchen
- monitor linen and trash containers and empty when appropriate
- understand and follow proper rules of hygiene and food safety measures
- washing metal pots and pans through 3 compartment sink by hand
- washing and lifting glass racks with glass washer
- overall cleanliness of kitchen including sweeping, mopping, breaking down boxes, removal of trash
- receiving deliveries and restocking shelves
- flexible during shift to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed
