Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Speak English fluently, bilingual in Spanish preferred
  • Must have good interpersonal communication skills to work with customers and other employees
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to produce authorized u.s. work documents
  • Preferred: 1+ year of experience in similar roles
  • Ability to lift and push 50 lbs
  • Have contagious energy
  • Be a team player
  • Have great communication skills

Job Duties

  • Responsible for cleaning all prep equipment, silverware, and dishes according to sanitation requirements
  • Keeping the dish pit organized
  • Maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils
  • Follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and procedures
  • Remove all trash from dishwashing station
