Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Physical ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach with arms, talk, hear, taste or smell regularly
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work in varying temperature and noise conditions
- Ability to walk on different floor surfaces under wet or dry conditions
- Ability to walk up and down stairs and ramps under dry and damp conditions carrying weights described
- Compliance with drug, alcohol, and smoking policies

Job Duties
- Clean, sanitize, and organize all restaurant plateware, glassware, and silverware
- Clean, sanitize, and organize all kitchen cookware, utensils, and storage containers
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including kitchen floors, storage areas, back dock area, and the dish station
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant exterior, including parking lot, landscaping, and dumpster area
- Follow safety procedures and report potentially unsafe conditions
- Utilize proper handling of equipment and materials
- Demonstrate punctuality and coverage of shifts when absent
