Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in food service or dishwashing preferred
ability to stand for long periods
capable of handling physically demanding tasks
commitment to safety and cleanliness protocols
good communication skills
willingness to work flexible shifts

Job Qualifications

Experience in dishwashing or similar kitchen roles preferred
knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards

Job Duties

Responsible for cleaning all preparation equipment, cutlery, and dishes following sanitary requirements
maintain organized dishwashing sink
uphold general standards of sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety for food preparation, kitchen services, dishes, and utensils
follow and comply with all safety rules, policies, and procedures
remove all trash from the dishwashing station
uphold overall sanitation and safety standards for food prep and kitchen areas
comply with safety policies and procedures
