Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a restaurant or fast-paced environment preferred
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
- strong communication skills
- willingness to follow health and safety regulations

Job Duties
- wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment thoroughly and efficiently
- maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area
- ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation as needed
- manage waste and recycling processes appropriately
- operate dishwashing machines and troubleshoot minor issues
- support team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
