Job Requirements

Must be physically able to stand and move throughout entire shifts
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lb occasionally

Job Duties

Remove soiled plates from tables
Maintain a clean kitchen by properly washing and sorting dishes
Keep the dish area free of clutter and organized
Set up dish stations
Be on your feet for entire shifts
Lift and carry up to 25 lb frequently
Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lb
Reach with hands and arms in any direction
Kneel and stoop repeatedly
Maintain good hearing and vision in dynamic kitchen environment
