ability to lift 25-50 pounds
capable of standing for extended periods
ability to move from place to place within the kitchen
good physical health

Job Qualifications

ability to lift 25-50 pounds
stamina to stand for long periods
ability to move quickly within the kitchen
previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role is a plus
understanding of basic sanitation standards
strong work ethic and reliability

Job Duties

set up and maintain the mechanical dishwasher throughout the shift
keep the food line stocked with clean plates
perform cleaning and sanitation tasks including work areas and restrooms at the end of shifts
assist in food preparation procedures
ensure kitchen utensils and plate ware remain clean, sanitary and orderly
move around the kitchen as needed to support operations
follow health and safety regulations
