Three Birds is a new, modern neighborhood New American restaurant dedicated to providing chef-driven lunch and dinner menus in a lively, approachable, and inviting setting. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow directions and work under supervision

- Prior experience in dishwashing or kitchen sanitation preferred

Job Duties
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment thoroughly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area
- Assist with trash disposal and recycling
- Support kitchen staff by promptly providing clean dishes and tools
- Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service
